By accessing our site or enrolling in classes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. Purchases and billing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the stated amounts.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no additional cost when seats are available. Refunds are processed according to the class type and notice period.
5. Studio conduct
We maintain a respectful environment. Harassment or unsafe behavior may result in removal from classes without refund.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, text, and materials are owned by Keenwood Clay Atelier or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
7. Disclaimers
Classes are educational. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. You are responsible for safe use of materials and tools following our guidance.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keenwood Clay Atelier shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
